1. Donation Refunds

As a charitable foundation, we do not offer refunds for donations. Once a donation is processed, it is considered final and is used directly for supporting the welfare of cows and other related initiatives. We kindly request our donors to review their contributions carefully before making a donation.

Donations are used immediately for charitable purposes.

If you believe there was an error with your donation or if there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us within 30 days, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellations

Once a donation has been completed, cancellations cannot be processed. In the case of any issues or mistakes during the donation process, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases where technical issues have occurred with the payment or donation processing, we will investigate and make exceptions. If a donation was charged incorrectly or not processed as intended, please notify us, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.

Donations charged incorrectly will be reviewed for refund eligibility.
